When Charo Cross’ human existence came to an end she was only eleven years old, as such, she is forced to spend the remainder of her spiritual years as an eternal child, never aging or progressing from her eleven-year-old body.

Standing at 4’8, Charo really isn’t that tall, often finding herself being towered over by the individuals around her, her body structure is also very slender, verging on being unhealthily skinny, but still manages to maintain an athletic build, the muscles on her arms, thighs and stomach being toned and flat. Despite being an eternal child, Charo managed to obtain some womanly features before her demise, signalling that puberty had started to creep in early for her. Whilst her breasts might only be a B-cup at most, it’s a lot more than other pre-adolescent girls tend to have. Her complexion is without moles, freckles or traces of acne, being quite healthy and soft to touch, however it possesses very little colour, being an alarming shade of white. As if to imply that Charo has never been touched by the sun’s light. Located on her midriff are two thin silvery scars, one that trails up the length of her right hip in a diagonal manner, and the other marks the area between her ribs and hips in a short horizontal line, pointing towards the center of Charo’s stomach.

A small round head, her facial structure is relatively slender though still bares some puppy fat around her cheeks and chin. A short slightly hooked nose, small pale but plump lips, low dark eyebrows, and small untouched ears. Charo’s eyes are large and heavily framed with thick sooty eyelashes, causing her eyes to stand out against her face. They possess irises of a vibrant shade of blue, an azure strikingly bright like an undisturbed summer sky, but though they peer out of a child’s wise, they possess a cold gleam that no child could ever radiate. Sooty black hair is worn in lengthy utterly straight strands, which fall all the way to Charo’s thin pale ankles, and so she always styles it into two high pigtails at the back of her head, which fall against her knees. Heavy bangs frame Charo’s face, falling across her forehead but never quite managing to obscure her gaze.

Like all Arrancar, Charo’s attire is dominantly white, though the style of her clothing is nothing like her allies. Covering the upper-half of her body is a thin strap white bikini, its thin material only just managing to cover the necessities, occasionally flaunting under-boobage. Over this, she adorns a white leather trench coat, which trails against her ankles with a savagely torn hem, equipped with tight sleeves and a hoodie that Charo rarely ever uses. It was styled to be zipped up at the front, however Charo chooses to wear it so that only a centimetre or so of zipper, just at the base of her collarbone, is actually connected, flaunting her barely covered torso. Thick black lines trail down Charo’s arms and shoulders, small five-pointed black stars depict upon the cloth near her breasts, and written upon her back in dark bold script is the kanji for “Death Star”. The lower half of Charo’s body is clad in white mini-shorts that rest below her waist and barely reach her thighs, causing them to bare a resemblance to underwear; a thick black belt is paired with them. Thick-heeled knee-high white boots protect her small feet, and fully-enclosing white leather gloves cover her hands from her wrists down, whilst attached to her belt and worn against her right hip is a chain-scythe.

As an Arrancar, Charo bares a hollow hole and shards of a skeletal mask, to mark her for what she is. Her hole is located where her belly-button should be, a small dark hole set in a traditional area for those of her kind. The remains of her mask cling to the left-hand side of her face, covering her jaw, cheek and framing her eye before disappearing beneath her bangs, they hint at some predator creature, possessing a small fang that hangs directly at the side of Charo’s lip, as well as flaunting tiny sharp horns directly below her eyebrow. Stained into the flesh on her left side, directly below her ribs in bold font, is the number “20”.

Personality
Charo Cross is one of the few “eternal children” currently in existence, let alone within Aizen Sosuke’s ranks, which means that it isn’t surprising that her attitude and personality isn’t like other’s and clearly sets her apart.

Having died as a child, many aspects of Charo’s personality are quite immature and will likely never gain maturity, one such aspect is her view on romance or affection in general. Charo craves companionship and is highly subjectable to loneliness, if separated from others she becomes highly emotional and anxious whilst her mind quickly concludes that she has been abandoned or rejected – both which are unbearable fates to the child Arrancar. It isn’t unusual to see her trailing behind Raziel Ketz or one in his inner circle, occasionally clinging to them as a child would, and being blissfully happy should they focus their attention upon her. To remain with Raziel, Charo would gladly do anything without any hesitation, looking upon the Octava Espada with utter adoration and respect – or rather, the most respect that Charo is capable of directing upon another, which isn’t really all that much. Addressing Raziel as “Ojii-sama”, her attitude towards him implies that she looks upon him as an older member of her family, whilst referring to any who are loyal to him as “Onii-san” or “Onee-chan”, respectively. The childish aspect of Charo’s mind years for acceptance and affection from everyone that she encounters, immediately strongly disliking them should they not express such affection towards her or if those she cares deeply for care little for them. Bluntly, the idea of romance is completely non-existent for Charo who is caught in the childish stage where boys are “gross and stupid” and any gestures of affection, such as holding hands or even kissing, should be thrown up over on the spot. The daughter-like affection that Charo displays towards Raziel is as far as her love can progress, with Charo’s heart and mind being too innocent for anything else. Strangely, this same childish dismissal is what Charo displays towards humans and shinigami, believeing both to be “gross and stupid”, though she has been known to try and engage them into “playing with her”, during periods of boredom.

To Charo, everything within her hollowfied existence is essentially a game. Eating others to ease her hunger or to progress further, pursuing a target, fighting them, even killing them. And with such games, the child-like Arrancar will only engage in them until her interest is lost, and due to possessing a rather short-attention span, Charo suddenly dismissing a fight or allowing a meal to get away isn’t unheard of. However, at the same time, if her interest is caught she won’t stop, even through self-injury or bloodshed. With everything being a form of entertainment, it is a good thing that Charo isn’t a sore-loser, her happiness not deterred should the odds be against her or should she lose or even be injured. Rather than burst into tears or throw a tantrum, she simply smiles and laughs, demanding for the game to continue.

Charo Cross isn’t a particularly bright individual, possessing an eleven-year-old’s intelligence and manner of thought. Naive and dismissive, she has no skills for intense thoughts or strategies; she is also forgetful and easily distracted. This docile and ineffective manner of thought has been known to grate on the nerves of others and for them to underestimate or dismiss Charo as useless and weak, but she has other qualities that make up for her lack of intelligence. One being that she is unwaveringly loyal towards those whom she cares about, never budging and generally obedient, even should she be threatened or hurt, betrayal isn’t a trait that Charo possesses. She is also relentless once her mind is focussed upon a subject, never faltering despite the dangers involved and becoming quite the demon, which is the reason for why Charo Cross is a numeros and part of Raziel Ketz’s fraccion. This relentlessness might even make it possible for Charo to progress to the state of an Espada in the distant future, though it also helps that she has a lot of natural talent as an Arrancar.

Character Statistics
Fighting Style
The first thing to know about Charo Cross is that when it comes to fighting, as previously stated, to her it is nothing more than just a game, as is pretty much everything else in her life. This outlook mostly resonates due to her immature childish mind, but also because of the manner a hollow’s lifestyle plays out. Every kill, every battle, every defeat, all of it determines the play-out of their existence, whether they’ll become stronger and progress, evolving continuously, or whether their life-force will be snuffed out and absorbed by another. Nothing about it is personal, and consequences and rewards both apply. The attitudes of other hollow and Arrancar also brought about this outlook, as very few of her kind that Charo has encountered have ever expressed the slightest bit of dislike towards fighting and killing. They all pretty much treated the experience like euphoria.

So should Charo choose to engage in combat, boredom is generally the source of her decision. What usually happens is that Charo will begin in a playful manner (e.g. shoving her opponent, throwing them, charging at them, and kicking them in non-lethal places) and the more that she enjoys herself, the less that she’ll hold back, but at the same time as soon as her interest becomes frayed her playfulness will end. Rather than outright kill, Charo will instead dismiss her opponent and look elsewhere for excitement and amusement. Due to it being a game to her, Charo rarely ever makes her fights personal and thus she tends to remain upbeat and joyful throughout the experience, even should she be losing. Even injuries will not annoy her, instead she will choose to accept and tolerant them, treating them as part of the experience of the game.

Though she can wield a weapon with skill, Charo isn’t an amazing swordsman, having room for improvement, and her ability at hand-to-hand combat is also at a general level, with Charo having no special knowledge of any style of martial arts. Even her speed is only average, this all having to do with Charo being a relatively newly born Arrancar and thus having not mastered or learnt the full extent of her capability or her abilities. However, the same basic level is not applied when it comes to her ability to use cero or her hierro, both of which are at a level comparable to the lower ranked Espada. Having highly acute accuracy and a high, though slightly unstable, amount of reiatsu makes forming and using cero and bala a relatively easy task for Charo, and also allows the power behind both techniques to be verging on intense. Her hierro is also of a level most would not expect for a numeros, especially one who looks like Charo Cross, where it possesses a strength on level with that of diamonds, being difficult to breech. Most physical and some kido attacks have little to no affect against Charo’s hierro, only attacks with strong killing intent or that are on level with the power levels of shikai are capable of dealing damage upon her.

The best word to sum up Charo Cross’ fighting style would be: ruthless. For the way that her mind is set, entertainment and fun mean more than pain, fear or death, and as long as she is having fun, it would not be right for her to stop. Now, it would be illogical to say that Charo is immune to injury; it’s just that her hierro tends to make inflicting pain upon her difficult and even then her pain ratio is rather high. Cuts, burns and fractures don’t deter Charo, though severed limbs or critical injuries would cause her to panic and deter her from her “fun”. Her short-attention span also acts as a disadvantage, making her an unpredictable and unreliable fighter, for whilst she might be a force to be reckoned with when her attention is caught, she is practically useless when bored or distracted. Still, with her natural talent and unusual abilities, Charo Cross isn’t one to be underestimated and is definitely one of the stronger Arrancar.

 • Bala
 • Sonido
 • Hierro
 • Garganta

Special
Charo Cross possesses an unusually strong Hierro for one of her rank, which possesses the same amount of defensive strength as diamonds, being difficult to breech. It protects Charo against attacks that are below the strength level of shikai. The reason for why Charo possesses such an imposing Hierro is due to her high-level of reiatsu, for whilst most learn to use their reiatsu to make themselves swifter and stronger, Charo learnt to use it defensively. She does so with little realization, her reiatsu sticking tightly and firmly to her form, a skill that she developed not long after leaving her Gillian stage.

Llama Azul Cero: Charo Cross’ unique cero. Though roughly the same size and shape as other cero, Charo’s is a cold icy blue that seems to ripple like dancing flames. It travels a few seconds faster than other cero do and rather than explode and destroy on impact, similarly to a bomb, it instead sets what it hits on fire and inflicts painful burns, second or third depending on how quickly it burns. Charo forms and shoots this technique from her left eye, which glows and emits a similar dancing-flame trail across her face as she prepares to use it, and then a few seconds after she has used it. This technique does not cost Charo a lot of energy or reiatsu, allowing her to use it as often as she desires to when it battle.

Charo also has an immunity when it comes to fire, preventing any inch of her body from suffering burns or the sting of flame, whether it be natural fire or kido-based techniques based on fire. The reason for this immunity is that Charo’s resurreccion features fire-style attacks, as did her original hollow form. Upon evolving into an Arrancar, Charo adopted this skill from her original form.

Sealed Appearance

The sealed stage of the weapon that Charo Cross wields is in the form of a chain-sickle, also known as a “kusarigama”, which she always keeps coiled and fastened to the belt of her shorts, fixed at her right hip so that she can reach down and draw it with little difficulty, needing only to waste a second to flick her wrist, in order to uncoil it. Different to the traditional kusarigama, Escondite is not just a sickle connected to a metal chain with a heavy weight at its end, but is instead two sickles connected by one long metal chain. This causes it to be a dual weapon, implying that Charo is ambidextrous.

Escondite is designed entirely in dark shades, from its sickles to its chain, and even its three weights. The sickles are both small than traditional ones, done so that its sizes do not hinder Charo’s ability to wield them with her small childish hands, and so that its weight does not hinder her also. The actual blades of the sickles are both sooty black and lethally sharp on all of its edges, curved or not. Even the base of its spine, located between its head and handle, is wickedly sharp, possessing a narrow sharp break, which Charo could use to increase the effectiveness of her weapon’s ability to inflict injury. The handles of Escondite are short and crafted from a combination of steel and thick dark leather, the later used to soften its grip and to prevent the sickle from cutting into Charo’s handle whilst she uses it. No inscriptions decorate the kusarigama’s sickles, which are connected to a long metal chain via small circle metal links.

Escondite’s metal chain is quite lengthy, being two chains formed into one. Thin and weightless, they are prone to making some noise whenever Escondite is used, the links murmuring as they connect with one another. Three iron weights are placed amongst the links, two close to the sickles, one connected directly in the center of the chain. To others, these weights would be quite heavy, but as Escondite belongs to Charo, the child rarely notices how heavy they are. The purpose of the weights is to strengthen Escondite’s attack power and to grant it a better sense of balance, they can also be used offensively by Charo if she so wishes whilst wielding Escondite via its chain alone. The chain also appears to lengthen without limit, growing longer should Charo pull upon it.

“El Tiempo de Jugar, Escondite!” (“Time to Play, Escondite!”/“Time to Play, Hide and Seek!”)

Resurrección Appearance

Imag e 2

To invoke her Resurreccion, Charo Cross must take her kusarigama, Escondite, in her hands, one sickle gripped in each, and tighten her grip upon their leather hands, concentrating upon the flow of her reiatsu for a moment. Reciting, “El Tiempo de Jugar, Escondite!” she must then throw her kusarigama up into the air, where the change will then rapidly occur.

As if a remote had been pointed at Charo and the fast-forward button pressed, her physical appearance will change at an inhuman pace, starting with her long black pigtails. Her hair will rapidly begin to recline at the ends, shortened and breaking free from their confinement, only stopping just past Charo’s shoulders, no longer dead-straight but baring some curls. From the sides of her skull, dark horns will sprout, rising up high above her head and curling to face the other. Sooty black, they are pointed like arrow heads at the tip and possess a skeletal image, resembling that of the spine. Charo’s flesh is still as unnaturally pale as ever, however the flesh on her arms, from armpits down, has hardened to a rocky texture and turned jet-black, as if Charo had caught frostbite. Her fingers taking in a similar skeletal appearance as the horns on her head, flesh and nail sharpening into the texture of claws.

Facial structure still roughly the same, gone have the skeletal shards that had once decorated the left-hand side of Charo’s face, leaving her flesh completely bare and exposing the youthful adorable face that she had supported during her human existence. Well, it’s almost exactly the same face. Charo’s eyes have changed, her blue irises changing into hues of sickly green, a combination of pale green and gold, like that of polluted water. Staring out upon her face, they suit the girl perfectly and are quite hypnotic to behold, though her slitted pupils, like that of a cat’s, are rather daunting. Protruding from her shoulder-blades are two black leathery wings, similar to a bat’s, only Charo’s are of a rather thin design, with sharp points, appearing as if they would be useless to fly with. And slinking around her slender legs is a long narrow black tail, which bares an arrow-head-shaped tip.

Gone is the white revealing attire that Charo characteristically adorns, replaced by garments of black that are much more reserved, showing very little of Charo’s skin or body structure. A long-sleeved black dress covered her body, perfectly fitting a slender petite figure with its dark thin fabric. It reaches mid-thigh with a flowing plain skirt, decorated with only a white ribbon bow attached to her right hip, long tight sleeves that reach to her wrists, and a low neckline. A thin strand of black ribbon is tied to Charo’s throat similar to how a necklace is worn, whilst black tights cover her pale legs and black enclosing and heelless martial-arts slippers protect her feet.

Once these changes are complete, the kusarigama that Charo threw up into the air begins to be pulled back down by gravity, also changing rapidly as it does so. The long silver chain that attaches both black sickles begins to shorten until the leathered handles of the sickles connect, immediately disappearing afterwards, as if being swallowed up by itself. The leathered handles blend and attach themselves to one another before lengthening, whilst at the same time one sickle head begins to grow larger, whilst the other shrinks. Within seconds, Escondite is no longer a kusarigama but is now an enlarged scythe. Double the length of Charo, it is completely darkened steel, a pitch unfathomable black of a shiny texture. Its blade is twice that of an average katana, curved and thick whilst being lethally sharp on all its sides.

Resurrección Abilities
The abilities that Charo has in her resurrection stage are as followed:
 • “Convoque Craneos que se Rien” (“Summon Laughing Skulls”): This ability of Charo’s is done by inserting the blade of her scythe into an unanimated object, inserting a small amount of her reiatsu in the process, before removing the blade of her scythe. Her reiatsu will then transform the object into an over-sized levitating skull, which will obey Charo’s every whim like mindless minions. Though not overly fast, they possess an inhuman level of speed and attack by ramming themselves into an opponent, seeking to crush them, and attack with their oversized crushing teeth. They can withstand the same amount of damage as Charo’s hierro can, before crumbling and reverting back into their original motionless forms. Though this ability only uses a small amount of Charo’s reiatsu, she generally limits her use of it three times at any one time, finding it annoying to keep track of two many of the skulls whilst fighting herself.
 • “Fuego de Infierno” (“Hell Fire”): Charo’s immunity towards fire came from this ability, which is essentially the creation and manipulation of fire. By gathering and focussing small amounts of her reiatsu, Charo can create and release fire from her hands, mouth or eyes, depending on where she gathers her reiatsu. These flames are identical to her cero, being a vibrant cold blue, and bare the same critical damaging power, though are harder to control due to immerging as jets of blue fire, rather than as a simple orb. Due to the little amount of reiatsu that is required to use this ability, Charo can perform this ability without limit.
 • [u]“El Juguete de Muerte” (“Death’s Toy”): The final of Charo Cross’ resurreccion abilities can only be used via the scythe in her hands. By using her weapon to channel her reiatsu, Charo can manipulate her scythe into changing into size to increase its lethality in combat. Via her will, she can make it lengthen or become shorter, she can make it thicker or thinner, she can even make its iron handle bend should she desire to. No matter what Charo does to her scythe, it remains weightless in her hands and it nearly impossible to shatter, enduring attacks even on a shikai level. Only bankai-level attacks could have a hope of damaging the scythe, and as Charo is using the staff as a medium to channel her reiatsu, its use does not exhaust her.

In this form, Charo Cross has the ability to fly via the strange wings on her back. The power of her hierro and her cero and bala remain the same, as does her speed. However, her physical strength doubles, granting her inhuman brute force. She also has a habit of using both her claws and horns to inflict damage on her opponent by slashing or ramming them, she also occasionally uses her barbed tail to cut, ensnare and strangle.

History & Sample RP
History
Charo Cross wasn’t always an Arrancar, or even a hollow. She had experienced humanity, born a simple girl within the town of Karakura, west of Tokyo on the island of Japan. The location that would play the biggest part of Aizen Sosuke’s rise to power, and the fall of the human race.

Despite spending the entirety of her eleven years of human life within Karakura, Charo had little contact with the spiritually aware humans that allied themselves with the shinigami, not even knowing who they were. This being because, as a human, Charo bore zero reiatsu, lacking the ability to see or even hear spirits. She knew of
the Kurosaki family, attending the same school as Kurosaki Ichigo’s sisters, but was older than them and in a different grade. Charo was also not a particularly gifted student, often only just managing to scrape by in terms of subjects and school work, but she was quite popular with her warm personality and cute looks, it also helped that she was financially well-off. Both of her parents being businessmen.

When it came time for the battle to be fought between Aizen’s army and Soul Society, Charo was placed under an unnatural sleep, just like everybody else within Karakura Town, and transported to Soul Society in the hopes of being kept safe. Blissfully unaware of the souls that were extinguished by Aizen and his Espada, Charo slept dreamlessly even when the towers were destroyed and the real Karakura returned. Even when the Espada discovered her and destroyed her body, transporting her soul to what would quickly be known as “El Sol”; she did not stir, so powerful was the kido that had been placed upon her. But when Charo did awaken, it was to a nightmare. Skulled creatures that she had not been able to see before treated her roughly as they placed heavy chains upon her and forced her to work mercilessly with numerous other souls, the girl never knowing what it was that she was building. Her enslaved and frightened parents and the occasional familiar face beside her, Charo wasn’t as terrified as she might have been if she were completely alone, her confusion greater than her fear, and perhaps it was her immature mind that truly offered shelter against the madness that surrounded her. Charo did not stay a slave for long. A meagre month was all that passed by at an agonisingly slow pace before her slavery came to an end. Hungry and bored, an arrancar visited the sleeping slaves, and with no mercy or protection given to the chained beings, he attacked without fear or care. It all happened in a dizzying blur for Charo, as she and her parents were separated from the other slaves and beaten to sate the Arrancar’s boredom, their screams ignored by the other masked guards. Charo was spared the most blows, but was the first to be eaten. An experience impossible to describe, and even harder for her to recall.

Her existence should have ended there. Her soul either disappearing completely or re-incarnating itself to experience the pain of death and imprisonment again, and again without an end as long as Aizen remained “God”. Yet, this was not what happened. In some cases, a human soul devoured by a hollow becomes a hollow in turn, and this is what happened to Charo. As if awakening from a dark disorientating dream, she found herself lying face-first upon grass in the thick forests that boarded the worst of the Rukongai, sore and confused. At this stage Charo recalled the eleven years of her life perfectly but cared little, the indescribable hunger within her was all that her mind could concentrate on. Demanding to be sated. And, unable to withstand such pain and following her instincts, Charo began to feast on whatever she could. Normally, a newly born hollow will devoured those that they love the most, but Charo had nobody whom she loved, her parents and friends having died. Instead, she feasted upon unwatched or escaping slaves as well as other hollow, learning quickly to avoid the arrancar as they had a habit of feasting upon their kind also. After a decade of this routine, the hollowfied Charo travelled to the human world and found that getting a meal was much easier here. For few could even see her and hollow were now at the top of the food-chain. In the past, the shinigami would have made existence troublesome for Charo but with Aizen’s rise to power the soul reapers had all been practically wiped out, and Charo never came across one. She heard rumours and tales about them, but having never seen one, developed a belief that shinigami were just myths.

Decades passed where all Charo did was fight and feed, growing stronger and stronger whilst her humanity gradually faded away. Eventually she grew tired of the human world and travelled to Hueco Mundo, the original home of the hollow. Amongst the endless pale sands, Charo resumed her routine of feasting and fighting but limited such activities to others of her kind, due to there being no humans within Hueco Mundo. Reaching the limits of a meagre hollow, instinct caused Charo to join her soul with a hundred other hollow souls to become a Gillian, and for a while there was a period of nothingness. For Charo Cross’ existence had been put on hold, her memories and sense of consciousness firmly entangled amongst the hundred souls that swirled around her in a labyrinth of power.

Two hundred years passed, in which Charo existed as a Gillian, before her existence appeared to overpower the ninety-nine other souls, causing her to tear herself lose before proceeding to fall and remain motionless on Hueco Mundo’s endless pale sand. No longer appearing as she once had, she now bore the appearance of a black fork-tailed and bat-winged demon, her face an evilly-horned skull whilst thick dark curls rested against her shoulder-blades. Furthermore, the child no longer had any recollection of her existence before emerging as an Adjuchas, and rather than remaining lying in a confused heap, she happily got to her feet with a series of giggles before proceeding aimlessly off into the sifting desert. Her mind still that of a child’s. It wasn’t long before the giggling content left Charo, replaced by anxiety and loneliness as she wandered alone and without reason. Any other hollow that she came across either attacked Charo outright, or, if they allowed the girl to remain in their company, died at her hands from one of her “games”. The hunger that had plagued Charo for centuries no longer controlled her mind but was still difficult to bare and no longer could be erased with the souls of human, but it only weakened with the taste of others like her. Another century passed much like the previous two, in which Charo simply ate and searched for companionship fruitlessly, growing stronger and progressing further as a result.

During one occasion, she found herself targeted by a gang of Adjuchas much like herself, but who were determined to eat Charo and consume her power. Outnumbered and overpowered, she tried to flee but was quickly learning that she couldn’t outrun her predators, and, her mind still processing her situation as if it were some annoying game, she turned to face her fate, glowering as the gang quickly approached her. But just as it seemed as if her life were about to end, again, a being appeared before Charo and quickly made easy work of the other Adjuchas, killing them as if they were nothing but weaklings. In awe, Charo could only stare at the unknown man, aware that he could easily kill her too but unafraid and not caring, but rather than kill her, he passed her by as if she weren’t even there. Though she did not follow him, Charo found that she could not forget how red and cold his eyes were.

At the dawn of her four hundredth year, Charo came in contact with Aizen and his two shinigami lackey – the first shinigami that she had ever encountered – during one of his infrequent visits away from El Sol, and though Charo showed little respect to the shinigami god, he deemed her suitable to be turned into an Arrancar. Amused by her Adjuchas appearance and the powers that she possessed. Taken to Los Noches, the process to transform Charo into an Arrancar quickly went underway, a painful process that even the pain-tolerant Charo found difficult to endure. It lasted just over a week, in which in a fit of madness she tore her mask off from her face, leaving shards of it clinging to the left-hand side of her face, giving her a more human appearance. It took time for Charo to recover, in which she was marked with the number “20” and included in the ranks of the Numeros, but after which her dislike and disrespect for Aizen did not lessen despite the “gift” that he had bestowed upon her. He did not even bother to introduce Charo to the other Arrancar in Los Noches, but returned to El Sol without a word, leaving Charo to her own devices. Alone, others might have shrunk back into the shadows; afraid of unfamiliar territory, but Charo’s childish personality caused her to immediately make herself known to her comrades. It did not take her long to come across the Espada but one immediately caught her attention, recognising those cold crimson eyes upon spying them. The Octava Espada, Raziel Ketz, was the being that Charo instantly warmed to, and made it her decision to be his Fraccion from then on.

High-pitched girlish laughter filled the cool night air, a cold breeze that bore the sharp metallic odour of blood as it swept up the pale sand that covered the endless white desert. It echoed from the pale lips of the child that knelt upon the thick sand, the wind blowing her long dark pigtails wildly.
Her azure eyes sparkled with glee whilst her pale lips were pulled back into a radiant smile.
Seemingly a young eleven-year-old girl, the fanged horned shards of a skeletal mask that clung to the flesh on the left-hand-side of her face made her seem less than human.

Dark fresh blood streaked her pale skin upon her face and neck, the pale fabric of her revealing outfit speckled with blood with most of the morbid liquid visible upon her gloves, which gripped an unusual kusarigama, its blades and lengthy chain thickly dripped red.
Resting motionlessly within arm’s reach of her was a deformed body. Hacked into thick meaty pieces, a pool of blood spreading around it, being absorbed by the tainted sand.

“Yay! I won! I won!” cheered the child Arrancar, Charo Cross, grinning as she clapped her hands wildly, causing more specks of blood to strike her pale youthful face. “Fun! Fun! Fun!”
Pausing, her grin faltered as her blue-eyed gaze fell upon what had once been her opponent, her teeth chewing lightly upon the tip of her right index finger, head titled slightly to the right as if in thought.
“Too bad. I wanted to play with Cat-face some more. I liked him …”

Hearing the sound of a falling foot behind her, Charo stiffened before spinning around, her azure eyes locking upon the masked being that stood there, a grin once more returning to her face.

“Hey,” she greeted with a girlish giggle, mischievousness radiating from her unwavering smile. “Wanna play a game with me?”

Hmm Ok, From what i read everything seems passable and i have no real problems with it. Though i must be honest and tell my fellow mods that because of my injured eye, I only skimmed through the history so if any one would like to double check that and make sure i didn't miss anything. Though i'm sure you have everything squared away.

Anyways. Accepted 1/2
